Return Policy

Section 1:  No returns will be accepted without a valid return authorization.    

Section 2:  National Office Outlet will replace or exchange defective or freight damaged products within 30 days from the original date of the invoice to the customer. 

Section 3: All other returns, exchanges, or replacements will be done at the discretion of National Office Outlet for new products or credit for new products within 90 days from the original date of the invoice.  No cash refunds will be issued.

Section 4: Any products that are returned by the customer for reasons other than those stated in sections 2 & 3, are subject to a re-stocking fee of 20% in addition to shipping & handling charges.

With National Office Outlet you can always be assured of total satisfaction. However, if for any reason there is a problem with a product purchased from us, all you have to do is contact us and we will gladly replace for you.

Returns of Defective Cartridges:

Many issues can be handled in our Troubleshooting / FAQ. If the problems still persists we will gladly issue a replacement cartridge. Just call our toll free number to let us know what the problem is then we will issue you an RMA for proper returning of the defective product. An RMA is required first so that we may properly track the product. We cannot be held responsible for any items returned without proper authorization. All claims related to damaged merchandise or shipping shortages must be made within 5 days of invoice date. All defective cartridges must be processed within 30 days.

Returns of Non-Defective Cartridges:

Returns must be processed within 30 days. On all returns for products that are not defective there is a 15% restock fee. Please be sure to call and get the required RMA. The product must be in its original packaging. The original shipping charge will not be refunded. Refunds will include product and tax amount only.

Returns of Products:

Error on our part: If we send you a product that wasn’t what you ordered please call us so that we may issue an RMA and we will send you a shipping label (at our expense) so that you may return the product to us. Then we will send the correct item to you.
Customers receiving free shipping will be credited the purchase price of all products returned less the 15% restock fee and a $4.95 shipping fee if their entire order is returned for a refund. Also, you are responsible for the shipping charges to return the item to us.
We strive to process all return packages within 3-4 days of their receipt at our warehouse.
Refunds will be processed to the form of payment on the original order within 14 business days of the return packages receipt. For all credit card refunds, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
If we are unable to process credit back to the original card used to make the purchase the customer will be sent a refund check.
